He was a Top 30 finalist on Canadian Idol, and has performed on stages across Ontario including Dundas Square, The Mod Club & Festival Of Lights. Taylor puts on unforgettable shows that blend his warm folky soul with personal stories of love, pizza, and even gender dysphoria.
In addition to playing lead and supporting roles in countless animated series for Disney XD, Teletoon, Cartoon Network, DHX & many more, he has written & produced musicals, and globally syndicated music for television clients such as Nelvana, Corus, CBC Kids, Disney & viral Youtube channel ‘Super Planet Dolan’.
After seeing a guitar on the Canadian Music Week conference floor and creating a spontaneous performance opportunity for himself, Taylor was contacted by legendary Grammy-winning producer/engineer Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, David Bowie, Kiss, Carly Simon, Michelle Branch & many more), who wanted to produce & develop Taylor. Now close to the release of his debut record, Eddie describes Taylor as 'A true artist, and songwriting genius'.
