Logan Duke
Logan Duke, lead singer of PRIOR~, is a young songwriter/multi-instrumentalist based out of the NC Sandhills. He harkens back to original Americana-Folk…yet, modernized with shades of Alt-Rock/Country/Electronica.
Originally from NJ, and raised in Georgia and NC by Puerto Rican and Canadian parents, where his Duke name comes from, he is searching for the metaphorical global roots we all presume are there.
He does all the instrumentation and mixing on his recordings and has played the stages of various clubs and festivals in mid-North Carolina solo and with his band PRIOR~ made up of veteran musicians: bassist Van Horton, drummer Ian Duke (of the Canadian band Sully) and keyboardist/vocalist Rylee Fyodora. Having released a few alt-rock/pop songs already, he is going back to his roots recording, producing and soon releasing a long-anticipated folk album with recent mastering by Jason Cupp (@worldcupp) who works with the Milk Carton Kids. (Look out for that one early 2023 with single releases beginning October 7, 2022.)
