With a vision to bring world-class folk music to southwestern Ontario, John and Michele Law, known as singer-songwriters "The Laws", founded The Sun Parlour Folk Music Society, incorporated as a non profit corporation in 2012. The Society presents an annual 4-concert series as well as the Kingsville Folk Music Festival, the 2nd weekend of August in Kingsville, Ontario. Proceeds raised from the concerts and festival are to be used to provide financial assistance to area youth to access the arts through workshops, lessons and mentoring. www.kingsvillefolkfest.org
