30th anniversary t-shirts

Volunteers at the 2016 conference in Ottawa sported t-shirts with a new “30 Years” logo, specially designed by Lisa Palfrey of Nexus Communications Marketing. Now you can look sharp too!

T-shirts are on sale for $15.00, or two for $25.00, with FREE shipping. There are two styles available: regular, in sizes S-2XL, and fitted, in sizes M-XL. The shirts pictured below are a small regular, and a large fitted:

FMO Presents Indigenous Showcase

FMO will present its first Indigenous showcase, featuring six artists of First Nations, Métis and Inuit heritage:

The Indigenous showcase, generously funded by FACTOR, will take place on Saturday, October 22 from 2:30-4:30pm in the Capitale room of the Delta Ottawa City Centre.

FMO Export Development Program

The Export Development Program (EDP) assists folk musicians and businesses in accessing new markets in Canada and the USA by bringing more than 25 delegates (festival ADs, presenters, agents, publicists, etc.) to the FMO conference. Showcasing artists who are not part of the official showcase but are playing in a sponsored or private showcase, and who have not participated in EDP in the last two years can apply to participate in the EDP, at a cost of $35. Click here for more information.

FMO members (with membership valid through October 31, 2016) can register for the conference at the rate of $479.60, and non-members at a rate of $598.25.
